Yes but approx 18% stamp duties will apply as the tax is based on the higher of the 2 purchaser profiles. Unless you are talking about your 1st matrimonial property. Thanks and hope to understand your requirements further and assist.

Yes, of course. But beware that the ABSD will be 15%. It depends on the nationality of the foreigner, the ABSD may be able to waive.
