    Yes. Upon the previous lease both of us were PO now I am Main Tenant and the other person has not been renewed as PO. When the lease was signed I notified the PO that he had 30 days to vacate and the owners that I had given this PO 30 days to vacate. Now PO is not leaving. What are my options? It must be said that I did not accept paiment for 30 days as that would kind of mean I was okay with then staying.
