Good afternoon,
Yes foreigners can buy non-landed residential property in Singapore, do take note that Additional Buyer Stamp Duty of 30% is applicable (except citizen of Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland or USA)

Basing on your nationality, you can be subjected to Additional Buyer's Stamp Duty on your purchase for residential property here in Singapore. For commercial and industrial properties, depending on the profile of the seller, you may also be subjected to 7% GST for the purchase.
