Good morning Sir/ Mdm,

Private condo is unlike HDB in which you need to fulfill 5 years minimum occupation period before you can sell. Actually you can sell off your condo the next day you have exercise the sales and purchase agreement or option to purchase but most property owners will opt to own their residential property for at least 3 years if not following seller's stamp duty will be subjected.

up to 1 year: 12% of sale price
1 year to up to 2 years: 8% of sale price
2 years to up to 3 years: 4% of sale price

Good morning,

There is no minimum occupancy period before you can sell your condo, but do note seller stamp duties will apply if you sell within the first 3 year holding period.

Sale upon 1st/2nd/3rd year , SSD at 12%/8%/4% of sale price.

There's no minimum occupation period (termed MOP) for private properties. However, do take note that SSD is applicable should you sell off the property in less than 3 years from your purchase.

1. There is No minimum occupancy for condominium. For Condominium can sell anytime after you purchase

2. However, please take note that SSD (Seller Stamp Duty) is applicable if you sell your property in less than 3 years from your purchase.
