The issue with projects that are going to TOP soon will be they only have limited units left, and the level and facing of these balance units could be not up to most buyer's preference (meaning in future if you are looking to sell, you may face more rejections from buyers than those units that have been sold).

Therefore can I just check with you what your plans are moving forward? Perhaps I can propose better if I were to know more in details about your needs and plans.
