there are a couple ECs in Punggol that is not resale levy applicable.

But when do you want to move in?

Because Ecopolitan is within short walking distance to Waterway point and Punggol MRT and it's going to TOP this June to Sept.

Will you be keen?

You may want to consider Ecopolitan which is walking distance to Waterway Point. There are still 3BR and 3BR dual key units available at the development. The project will TOP in a few months time.

If not, you may want to consider Waterwoods which has just TOP. Please feel free to contact me at 9644 4854  for a full list of available EC units in Punggol area.
