Hi,

The nearest EC from Developer Sales to a MRT (future Canberra MRT) will be The Brownstone EC at Sembawang, where it is about 200m from the side gate to the MRT. As a general rule, if you can reach within 5 mins of walking, most people are happy with that kind of idea, or some may require nearer than that.

Most other ECs are at least a 5 to 7 min walk away from the nearest MRT. For the full list of starbuys and projects, please give me a call at 97432395  . Thanks and hope to assist with your EC plans further.

Good morning Ec buyer,

May I know when do you need the property? Probably you can share more with me so I will be in a better position to assist you.

If you need it soon, there are still available 3 bedders in Ecopolitan. It's about 7 mins walk to Punggol MRT.

There are a couple ECs near LRTs as well, in the northeast or west area.

But you really needs one that is to close proximity to MRT that will be Brownstone that is near to future Canberra MRT.

Normally ECs are seldom built close to MRTs, so Brownstone could be the best you can get at this point of time.
