With a buoyant real estate market in Singapore, I will actually be quite concern if there are good 2 bedroom units that are for sale under $1m in the city area and near MRT, because such units are already difficult to secure in the outskirts of Singapore. The burning questions will be why are the sellers only looking at below $1m if they are in the city area and near MRT. Do they only left minimum lease tenure left where securing a bank loan to finance this property maybe difficult?
