A PR can buy how many years old executive condo?? Can he buy the new one??

Hi, a PR could purchase any EC upon turning 5 years old. Pls feel free to let me know if you need any assistance.

You can purchase a resale EC of 5 years more.
You may want to engage an agent considering the fact that there is no agent fees for private property purchase. What you get in return is all shortlisting of units , arranging viewings, negotiation , paperwork, legal/admin processing and financial calculations & timeline all planned and executed for you, at no cost!

As a PR, you can only purchase resale ECs that have already met the 5-years MOP. You are not eligible to purchase new ECs direct from Developers.
