The ads are being put up by agents who are engaged by the Sellers to market their properties. If the Seller had engaged 10 agents to market his property, you will probably see 10 of such ads from the 10 different agents.
One way to prevent such a scenario would be to limit the Seller to only 1 exclusive agent. However, this may not be what all Sellers is looking for.
If you find this a hassle, perhaps you may wish to appoint an exclusive Buyer agent to represent you in your purchase? This way, you may be able to save plenty of time.
