Good morning buyer,

SPR will have to pay around 8% stamp duties for first property purchase (estimated 3% buyer's stamp duty and 5% additional buyer's stamp duty).

While SC has to pay around 10% stamp duties for second property purchase. (estimated 3% buyer's stamp duty and 7% additional buyer's stamp duty).
