1. For condo, it would be better if the user can choose single storey condo / multi-storey condo in the filter criteria (example, some condo units especially the penthouse could be either single floor or two/three floors)
2. In many listings, the floor plan is either not there or the image is fuzzy/unclear. It would be good if all listings carry good quality image of the floor plan to aid decision making
