Is this right to buy a CONDO at this highly elevated prices since ever. Even for own stay, no one wish to loose the money while selling of the property. If i wait another 6-12 months to market to cool down or stabilize? What is your advise? Is it right decision???

Hello Aditya,

it depends on which location you buy. For CBD areas and D9,10, we still have about 20% more upside to go before reaching same peak highs as 2007. That is some food for thought. Tell me your views as I am here to help!
