I understand that the Government controls all agents ethics to be more professional have certification .But why are there so many agents advertising NO-CO-BROKING in Guru website? I have a bad experience as my agent who I sign exclusive with cant sell my condo, she controlled and only serve her direct buyers !!! Why do GURU allow such words and such agents to posts listings here , which in my impression in very very Bad for Guru's reputation.
PLs Agents !!! I hope such bad practice in the real estate industry will be wipe out ..
