Hi, We have rented a property for a year and we are already 6 months over it. Due to Covid circumstances we werent in Singapore for most of these time(4months). Once we returned, we see the condo has lot of leeches. which even enters the house since we are ground level. We kill atleast one of these everyday. We are expecting our new born soon and worried about our baby's safety with these insects. Can we ask the landlord for the deposit if we decide to break the lease on this context?
