My partner and I are foreigner and first time to relocate to Singapore to work with EP pass. We would like to rent a room either condo or HDB with more privacy as prioritised requirements. How can I filter my renting condition in property Guru app and to inform landlords my partner and I as two persons rental with a single room? it is my first time to rent in Singapore, would you guys help give some tips for my situation? thanks
