My girlfriend co-owns a condo unit with her sister, meaning that both of their name are on the title (50%-50%). Both of them are PRs. The condo unit was brought on Feb 2012.
IF she choose to take her name off the title, meaning that her sister will be the sole owner of this condo unit. What is the fee that both her and her sister need to pay?
