Thinking of buying a new home soon?
Well, to help you with your house hunting, we have come up with a list of recently opened condo showflats that you can visit this weekend.
1. Parc Esta
Located along Sims Avenue on the former Eunosville site, this 99-year leasehold project features 1,399 residential units and five shops that are spread across nine 18-storey blocks.
With average indicative prices ranging from $1,660 psf to $1,680 psf, the project offers a selection of one- to five-bedroom units that range from 420 sq ft to 1,604 sq ft.
Parc Esta is touted as the closest private condo to Eunos MRT station, at only 200m away. It is also one stop away from Paya Lebar MRT station and a bustling commercial hub, while the central business district and Changi Airport are just a short drive away.
Set to be completed by 2022, the project is also close to eateries in Katong and Joo Chiat.
2. The Tre Ver
Jointly developed by UOL and SingLand, The Tre Ver comprises 729 units of one- to four-bedroom units that range from 484 sq ft to 1,378 sq ft.
UOL revealed that 80 percent of the units enjoy either a river view or swimming pool view, while the remaining 20 percent enjoy unblocked views of Woodleigh Park and the upcoming Bidadari estate.
Unit prices start from $738,000 for a one-bedder and $2.08 million for a four-bedder.
The 99-year leasehold development is located near Potong Pasir MRT station and enjoys seamless connectivity via the Pan-Island, Central and Kallang-Paya Lebar Expressways.
It is slated for completion in 2022.
3. Whistler Grand
Whistler Grand, City Development Limited’s 716-unit condo project in West Coast Vale, features one- to five-bedroom units as well as two five-bedroom flexi penthouses. Dual-key options for three- and four-bedders are also available.
Unit sizes start from 441 sq ft for one-bedders to 2,217 sq ft for penthouses.
The 99-year leasehold project is close to several MRT stations, including the Jurong East, Clementi and upcoming Pandan Reservoir stations.
A short drive from Jurong Gateway precinct, the project is also within proximity to Ng Teng Fong General Hospital and a few schools such as Nan Hua Primary School, Canadian International School, Qifa Primary School, Singapore Polytechnic, Ngee Ann Polytechnic, and the National University of Singapore.
4. Mayfair Gardens
This 99-year leasehold condominium was touted as Oxley Holding’s most posh project when it was launched in September. In fact, Mayfair Gardens will feature 55 facilities, including three sky terraces and a 75m swimming pool.
It’s no wonder that the 215-unit development at Rifle Range Road in Bukit Timah was warmly received by buyers, with 40 percent or 87 of the units changing hands in just two days after the launch.
Home buyers can choose from a mix of one- to four-bedroom condos. To date, three of the project’s six penthouses have been sold at an average price of $1,900 psf.
Inspired by buildings in London’s famous Mayfair district, the development is just a short walk from King Albert Park MRT station on the Downtown Line. It is also one of two projects to be built on the former Mayfair Gardens en bloc site, with completion targeted by end-2024.
5. Riverfront Residences
The 99-year leasehold Riverfront Residences features one- to five-bedroom units that range from 463 sq ft to 1,905 sq ft as well as four-bedroom strata terrace houses measuring 2,109 sq ft.
Prices start from $578,000 for the one-bedders to $1.97 million for the five-bedders, while the strata terraces are going for $2.35 million each.
Set to be completed by 2024, this 1,472-unit residential project in Hougang has a large land area of about 396,231 sq ft – enabling its developers to integrate over 100 facilities.
These include three clubhouses that each come with different amenities like a gym and KTV/movie room, co-working and study space, and a fully-equipped kitchen.
There will also be a dockless bike sharing system for residents.
