Malaysian home builder YTL Land & development is poised to unveil a 77-unit freehold condo within the Orchard Road area on Saturday (1 Dec), reported the Straits Times.
Dubbed 3 Orchard By-The-Park, the development is adjacent to the upcoming Orchard Boulevard MRT station and is a short walk to upscale shopping malls and hotels.

Aside from being the first development in Southeast Asia designed by Italian architect Antonio Citterio, it is YTL’s third upscale residential project in Singapore.
The freehold condo at 3 Orchard Boulevard will comprise two- to four-bedrooom units spread across three towers, revealed YTL Land.
The developer plans to release 53 units for sale during the launch. These include 14 two-bedroom units, 22 three-bedders, 15 four-bedders and one two-storey garden suite with four bedrooms, plus a five-bedroom penthouse.
In addition, residents of 3 Orchard By-The-Park will have access to various high-end facilities and services like gourmet food chosen by Jones the Grocer, concierge services by YTL Hotels, and a verdant garden that draws inspiration from the nearby Singapore Botanic Gardens.
YTL Land previously developed two waterfront villa projects in Sentosa Cove – Sandy Island and Kasara, The Lake.
