The Jovell, a 428-unit condominium by Hong Leong Holdings, is touted as the first newly launched residential project along Flora Drive in five years. If you’re not familiar with this location, below are some perks of living in this area.

For instance, it only takes roughly nine minutes by car to get to Changi Business Park, which is home to several multinational corporations such as IBM, Honeywell, J.P.
