Assuming you are SC and 1st property, a 600k 1bedder from a new launch looks possible, there are some available options in the current market and you should be able to qualify for a loan of about 484k. Thanks and hope to share with you the available options and discuss further.

If single 35 above and have no plans to marry, probably you want to consider HDB for a start. Get a 4rm and grants from Government, rent out 2 rooms, you can still stay there. Build up your wealth, Sell your HDB then buy condo. S$150k is not a lot. Stamp duties, renovation probably would had eaten up S$50k...
