A 500 words introduction...

My parents are business owners and they specialized in system integration for home and office environment. I joined my family business back in year 2000 after my graduation from University in United Kingdom where I majored in Electrical and Computer Engineering. Over the past 15 years, I had diversified our family business of not just simply specializing in what they do, but as well as investment and management in real estates. Till date, I had successfully concocted the ideal process for my family business to self-sustain from the rental income of the properties that we had amassed during the past decade.

My primary job scope back then in the family business were to develop new clients and sustaining old clients, sales pitching our products, designing solutions and handling customer services. I designated my secondary job scope to be involved in sourcing for properties with a better return of investment and proposing to the management in consideration for investment, advertising our properties looking for tenants, conducting viewings, negotiations and paperwork. Thereafter, my passion in real estate work gradually deepens and in 2015, I finally contained my courage to register for a real estate salesperson course and were certified by the Council for Estate Agency that year.

Upon my certification to legally practice as a real estate salesperson, I am now officially representing several investors who entrust me with their funds to purchase properties with good returns. At the same time, I am blessed with good negotiation skills and utmost dedication to this industry.
