Would you mind sharing more details? As you are holding on to a private property, you will be eligible to sell now as long as all owners are agreeable to the sale and sign on the Option To Purchase when there is a right offer coming in.

Seller's Stamp Duty will only be applicable if your holding period of this property is less than 3 or 4 years depending on when you purchased this property.

You may wish to look into the recent transactions for similar units done as well as the current units available for sale in market and their prices, such that you will be in a better position to determine how you can position your unit for sale to establish a more efficient marketing campaign.

For a private condominium, you may sell anytime however Seller Stamp Duty (SSD) may be applicable.

You may text 9620 0827  and we can assist to check whether it is within the 3 or 4 years. If you have stayed for 7 years, then it quite likely that the SSD will not be applicable.
