Hi Marc,

There are numerous projects ard that area that are nice, convenient, beautiful, newer, and near to MRT.
East Meadows, Casa Merah (top in 09) these 2 projects defintely would make u even satisfied. price level for purchase hover ard 630psf to 700psf! It shd be a comfortable range below or near to a mill fr a 3 bedroom unit!

    east meadow is a bit clogged in layout which i dont like, though it's really close to mrt.
    casa merah? not sure as i only viewed re-sale projects.
    but 630psf sounds expensive, esp for east meadow.
