Thinking of upgrading to a private property, would like to seek advise on how the transcation would be because i have a HDB and whether to sell first then buy or how it should works. Cos need the money from the proceed for the private property.

I suggest sell first, buy later. Easier to buy but not sell in this moment. Let me know if you need my help to sell your property.
