Are you able to share more information about your house to better estimate the probable price?

The last landed home transacted at Bukit Teresa Road was back in April 2015 at $1093psf for a 9601sqf detached house. There are not many landed homes available within the enclave and could generate interesting demand. Will I be able to arrange to visit for a more detailed discussion?

If you are referring to cluster houses, the most recent transaction was a unit at Teresa 8 sold at $814psf last September.
For other landed properties, I can get my banker to provide a valuation if you can provide the exact address.
The value of each house varies due to differences in size, built-up and the condition of the house.
