ABOUT RICHARD LIN

Richard Lin epitomizes Integrity, Energy, Hard Work and Creative Service in every detail of your Real Estate transaction. Richard is a Graduate of RMIT, where he received his BA in Business (Management) & BA in Engineering (Mechanical) with achieving Class 2A Hons for both.

He displayed his flair for sale at the tender age of 11, from renting his bicycle to his neighborhood friends to selling Christmas cards door-to-door etc. Richard always strive to betterment himself, always wanting to achieve greater results since school days to serving his days with the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF).

HIS ARMY DAYS

During his days in the Army, he continued his drive for excellence where he held many awards and to list a few, he was awarded the prestigious Sword Of Honour after displaying outstanding attitude and aptitude as an Officer Cadet in Officer Cadet School and Honour Graduate for SAF Ranger Course.

HIS PROPERTY DAYS

Richard has a deep passion for properties and property development. He started off as a property investor in 2004 and joined the property sales scene in 2006. Richard went through both the up and downturn property cycle in Singapore; Financial crisis in 2007 and 2010 where financial frameworks were 1st introduced by Government; he personally witnessed the property trends and cycles.

Richard’s primary business is mainly on property sales & consultancy works and has an edge over many for undervalued properties through his direct network in Singapore. His network opens path for him from sales of condos, to sales of Good Class Bungalows (20,000 to 50,000 sqft of land in designated GCB zones) to sales of 3-4 star hotel available in Singapore.

His passion for properties also incites him to research (Singapore Growth and Masterplan for near and future outlook) and understand different methods to purchase multiple properties in Singapore apace with Additional Buyer Stamp Duty (ABSD) and Total Debt Servicing Ratio (TDSR) financial framework which many of his clients have benefited from. It is definitely not by a stroke of luck that Richard is managing both local and overseas clients’ property portfolios.
