I am doing Resale of Part-Share purchase from my siblings, they provided a property report from his agent and rushing to proceed. Is there anyway that the property report have chance that it is mark up? Given i noticed that alot of the transactions in the report are 4 ROOM Model A (104sqm) and mine is 4 ROOM Simplified (84sqm)....
