My spouse and I are keen to buy a pte condo. Our current budget is abt $600k - $650k. Ideally looking for brand new freehold with min 2 bedrooms in East Coast or nearby Toa Payoh. Pls advise if this is a good time to get into the purchase. Thank you.

Hi Ms Goh,

I suggest that you keep yourselves aware of the property transaction pricing on CERTAIN projects that you like. There are many projects around there. You can choose one and go to URA website to look for their latest transaction pricing. Do your own homework, butying a property is easy, but buying a RIGHT property is not.
