Yes progressive payments are ongoing, with Foundation payment already called. The phase of the payment milestone depends on which unit you have gotten.

Because progress payment calls depend on the specific construction milestone achieved by the builder for each particular project, please share the **project name** (or whether it is a **BTO / EC / Private Condominium**).

For uncompleted private properties and ECs sold under the standard Controller of Housing (COH) Sale and Purchase Agreement, developers call for payment in stages according to site progress:
