Beside the amount of $700K or less for a 2 bedrooms, I believe you do have some other requirements and considerations. Do let us know, so that we will not waste your precious time by giving you not what you want.

I will be working in Sengkang next year so looking for something around Yishun, along NEL line or East side.

2bedroom with HS and kitchen with windows.

I am Singaporean PR so not eligible for new ECs.
