Morning Jess,

Corner units in Bedok are mostly 4 room flat or 3 1/2 room which carries a valuation of more than $350k. And since 3 1/2 room are rare, it's not easy to get such unit with $0 COV. There are however, some 3NG or 3I unit within Bedok, going at valuation, which is around low to mid floor. Such units are either selling due to upgrading cost or are in original conditions.

Fyi, it is very unlikely to find a unit at Bedok area with zero cov. Personally, I just sold a unit at Bedok North Ave 2 and cov amt was settled at 14k.
