In 2013, I purchased my first home and it was a Million dollar EC unit. It was the single most important decision in my life at that point. And in the 5 months prior to the purchase, Natalie did her utmost best in providing advice related to acquiring a HDB Resale flat and that of an EC as well. I remember making numerous queries regarding payment plans, HDB rules etc. And with each query, Natalie remained patient and professional enough to reply with the relevant answers or to check with her senior management (if need be). The purchase and approval of the EC was successful and I made a promise that in 3 years upon TOP (of my EC Unit), I would engage Natalie again, to resolve the sale of my current HDB Flat. In late 2015, I kept to my word, based on the professionalism demonstrated by Natalie 2 years earlier. And despite a few "challenging" situations with my current 40-year old flat, we managed to secure a satisfied buyer and at a mutually agreed price within 6 weeks.
