Commission is negotiable between the owner and the agent. There is no fixed commission. Some owners pay as low as 0.5%, whereas I have seen owners paying as high as 4-5%.

For me, I like to focus on the best possible selling price I can get for my Sellers. And I believe you will be more than happy to pay me my fair share of commission if I manage to sell at or exceeds your expectations.
