I would like to purchase a condo unit while keeping my current HDB(2+1) flat. Are there any restrictions/conditions to rent my HDB and Stay in Condo?
I have brought HDB in Last year Feb. I have not taken any grant or any thing. I am on PR.

According to HDB guidelines, they will not approve the renting out of your HDB.
