I wish to purchase a resale HDB with condition as such
-no/low cov
-below 300k
-prefer a 3i flat(others is ok)
-location is not an issue
-6/10 condition is acceptable
-for own stay

are this condition too harsh?

Afternoon Mr. Ong,

There are some units available along Marsiling and Circuit Road which might somewhat fit your requirement. The model ranges from 3S to 3I with valuation of around $280k to $295k and asking COV of around $8k to $15k.
