Without any elaboration, I do not know the reason of your wanting to know the owner's name. BTW, he is a Mr Robert..

BTW, Mr Robert .... moved in this house in around year 2006.

Do write to me dennisweeagent@yahoo.com.sg on your buying requirement as in your budget, no. of room required, land and built in size, when do you intend to move in?. I have asked banker to value this house and hope to match your requirement to Mr Robert's if he is selling.
