I have been looking for a 4A or 5 room HDB flat at serangoon area to stay near my in-laws and I realised that there are not many and the COV the sellers are asking are quite high.I am considering buying a private property instead and I am looking at sunnydale located at serangoon Ave 3. With the goverment releasing more lands, what I am afraid is that is it a good time to buy or to wait.

With the new shopping centre in Serangoon The Nex, HDB flat prices in that area hv increased substantially particularly the COV.
The idea of buying into a pte condo/apt is a wise move. Can consider the Sunnydale, the Yardley, the Springbloom. Do let me know if I cd assist you in search of these purchase?
