Yes if your MOP of 5 years are met and Singaporean household, yes can purchase 2nd property. Do note that ABSD of 12% applies.

Hi,

After meeting the MOP (Minimum Occupation Period) of 5 years, you can purchase your 2nd property (with 12% ABSD). If your intention is to sell the HDB, then you are not required to pay the ABSD , provided your HDB buyer has exercised the Option to Purchase.

Yes you can, if you have fulfill your 5-year MOP.

If your family nucleus consist of at least a Singaporean, you need not sell off your HDB flat upon the condo purchase. Else, you will need to sell off the HDB flat.

Do take note that ABSD applies for second property purchases.
