Hi, if you love the beach area, then Pasir Ris area could be one of the ideal location. It is in the Eastern side and closer to the airport too. And as a citizen of America, you need not pay any additional stamp duty and taxes will be kept at 3%. Further more, you do not need to pay any agent fee at all.
