Hi will there be any small projects launching this year? I'm looking for a condo, maybe in the north or west. Preferably can TOP before 2011, small projects. Looking for a 3-room unit, near MRT, around 750K. Thanks

Hi Agnes, there are 2 interesting launches you might want to see right now !!!

1) Caspian at Lakeside MRT only $600 psf and selling like hot cakes now

2) Alexis at Queenstown MRT launching this 12th Feb thursday, Freehold and only $850 to $1200 psf only

3) or you can consider Centris at Jurong West MRT which is TOP June 2009, average $600psf.
