Firstly, both of you need to be PR for more than 3 years to be eligible for purchase of resale HDB unit.
Secondly, it would be good to know how much loan both of you are eligible for, so as to match your purchase power with the units that you are looking into.
Lastly, I have managed to find a few listing with asking COV of $12k to $25k. However, being a big estate, this unit comes in varying model and sizes.
