hi there, I plan to buy condo in serangoon area,any recommendation?budget up to 800k,2-3 brs,prefer 3 brs,near Serangoon MRT,then kovan MRT,hougang MRT,Bartley CC(is it open?)construction in 5-10 years,
move in before Aug.2010,I have checked several condo on this website but no satisfied results ( I do not check the Transactions record,it is the asking price).

stadia,when is TOP?possible 2 brs below 800+?
sunglade:no 2 brs below 800K?
oasis garden:already top?no 2 brs below 800K?
casa rosa:a little bit old
Sunville:no 2 brs?3brs exceed 800K
any other? if there is appropriate condo I am going to view it this weekend
