If you are looking for a 2 bedroom unit near the MRT, a private condo may be more suitable. Have you done up a financial plan to find out what is the budget you can afford comfortably?
My advise is to buy a new development since you will only need to move in 3-4 years down the road. Developers are also more keen to give discounts in today's market due to an oversupply.
I would suggest you to buy in places where there is potential growth in the future so that you can reap the benefits a few years down the road.

I understand EC or Private Condos are more expensive for decent two bedroom Apartment near to MRT. We intend to take 70% Loan, not sure will it fit under financial budget.
