Hi, My wife and I are SG citizens but currently working in Australia and we have Australian PR. Would it be possible to buy a hdb resale flat under our names and have my parents as the occupants till we come back for good? I am 31 yrs and my wife is 26yrs old. Please advise. Thank you.
