It really depends on whether you are looking for a new launch of a resale / subsale project.
2 months back, 2 projects launced in Geylang at $3xxK for the 1 bedroom units.

Unfortunately, most of the units at the subsale and resale prices will exceed $400K.

Yesterday we concluded the Centra Studios project, pricing wise at about $430K for a studio unit. Unfortunately that one already sold out via balloting!

Would you be keen to try for the upcoming Lor 25A project?
