Like what Deborah mentioned, we will be able to give u a better estimated price based on the land area, storeys, bedroom and built in area requirements. The tenure will also play a vital part in the estimation of the asking price.

Besides that, you may also like to consider whether you will want a house of move in condition or you would want to rebuild on the piece of land.
