Assuming you intend to purchase a resale HDB, care to share more information and requirements of your purchase?

1) May I know which HDB scheme are you eligible under?
2) Have you apply for HLE (HDB loan) or IPA (bank loan)?
3) finances on hand (CPF OA funds and cash)?
4) applying for CPF housing grant (first or second timer?)

Requirements of a resale HDB:
1) preferred location
2) which unit model (3rm, 4rm, 5rm, EA, EM)?
3) corner or corridor?
4) preferred floor etc
