I will love to assist you in purchasing your dream house.

But I am sorry to inform you that the soon to be TOP EC, Sea Horizon in Pasir Ris, doesnt have such available 3 bedders dual key.

It only has a few low floor 3 bedders to 5 bedders. Will you be keen?

If not, will you consider Vue 8 Residence (private condo) in Pasir Ris?
It does have 4 bedders dual key from $1.54m onwards.

If you dont fancy both projects and dont mind staying somewhere close, you might want to consider Ecopolitan that is within short walking distance to Punggol MRT and newly opened Waterway point.

It still have around 9 x 3 bedders dual key and they are $833k onwards. Ecopolitan could TOP as early as June this year.

I have one last 3-bedroom unit left at Sea Horizon, TOP will be this year.

On the other hand, there are less than 10 units at Ecopolitan beside Punggol MRT, TOP this year as well.

Buy Sea Horizon condo, completion by end 2016. It's the only choice you have but yeah sad to say don't have dual key type. If you can wait another year more, there will be more choices. Read More

By the way, the 3 bedders dual key units in Ecopolitan is 2 bedders + studio. What you are looking for is 4 bedders dual key.

I am afraid you might have to dip into private property market if Ecopolitan doesnt suit your requirements.

Will you like to reconsider?

Btw other than Vue 8, you might want to consider Santorini in Tampines. 4 bedders dual key starts from $1.4m. The downside is this project only TOP end 2017.

If not, you can also consider La Fiesta in Sengkang. 4 bedders dual key starts from $1.61m and the good news is that it might TOP end of this year. Other alternative will be Jewel @ Buangkok. 4 bedders dual key starts from $1.64m and it also might TOP end of this year.

Probably you can share more with me:

1) your upgrading plans
2) what are your thoughts over my suggestions?
3) whether do you plan to use the sales proceeds to fund your purchase?
4) finances on hand so I can draft out a detailed financial plan to guide us throughout the house hunting process.
5) any other info etc.

By having more information on hand, I will be in a better position to advise and assist you further.
