Assuming that you have utilized $300k from CPF and loan $550k from bank to finance the upcoming unit that you are looking at, you will likely have more CPF back into your account when you opt to sell it later. You can then in-turn utilize the funds again to buy your next property, provided that you have not reached retirement age of 55.

Hi,

10 years down the road when you sell, the cpf utilized + accrued interest will definitely be more than 300k as you utilize it to pay off part of the loan. As long as you have yet to turn 55 years old, based on current cpf policies, the CPF OA monies refunded when you sell will be fully usable for the next property purchase.
